South Indian Food in Oslo

My colleagues and I (7 of us altogether) had dinner at a South Indian restaurant in Oslo. Oh my goodness, vadai and thosai - I never thought I'd ever see that kind of food again....at least until I went back to Malaysia for holidays.

There was a sweet store selling Northern Indian sweets. I had to get my favourite carrot halwa (actually taught the South African guy to eat it too..hahaha).

It's Friday tomorrow - what a good week it has been :)

The restaurant that serves dosas and idlis is a Sri Lankan restaurant (Cafe Palmyra) in Groenland.. If I remember correctly, it's on Motzfeldtsgate. Try this map: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Motzfeldts+gate,+Oslo,+Norge&hl=en&ll=59.914676,10.764585&spn=0.010735,0.027852&sll=59.912245,10.759091&sspn=0.010736,0.027852&vpsrc=0&t=m&z=15
